How many chances do you think you will get to live this life? A lot of people live their lives as if they are going to get multiple shots at it, to do other things and exploring other options. But, as far as we know, this is the one shot we get at creating the life we want on this earth.

This episode is a review of an article titled “37 Things You will Regret When You are Old,” and I’m walking through them all. There’s simply nothing worse than seeing regret in the eyes of the elderly, because at that stage there’s very little you can do to rectify the situation.
