The James Swanwick Show

When should you say you are “sorry?” Too many people don’t like to admit their own mistakes…they either blame circumstances, they blame someone else, or just don’t say anything at all and remain silent. But that can be a slippery slope, and possibly lead to creating resentment in other people down the road. That’s why it’s so important to over communicate. Even if that means saying you made a mistake and swallowing your pride for a moment, it’s far better than sitting still. Today I want to share with you a story that happened recently, involving a product of mine.  And the moral behind the story being, when something is not right, voice your opinion and take action. Taking responsibility is far better than anything else. Enjoy the show! Let me know what you think on twitter and instagram @jamesswanwick     www.jamesswanwick.com
