Today I’m joining you from the Bulletproof coffee shop in Santa Monica. It’s the opening night of Dave Asprey’s new store, which is looking to revolutionize the way people eat food and drink coffee. Dave calls it the first ever café trying to put itself out of business, because he’s selling food and coffee that makes you so full you won’t have any cravings for another 4-6 hours. But this is what real nourishing food is supposed to do…. You wont find any croissants, doughnuts, bagels, or pastry’s here. Only bulletproof approved coffee and dishes.
