Or maybe you want to have the perfect fail proof plan in place before you set sail into business… But the answer always lies in between. Make a transition plan, and stick to it. If you don’t like what you’re doing, make an 18-month transition plan (as Peter Drucker says). And whatever you do, make sure to start with knowledge.
