Do you know how to win with people? Are you a people person? Do you often dislike people? John C. Maxwell has a lot of very poignant points about people, how you should interact with them, and why interacting with them should be so important to you.

As John C Maxwell says, everyone but you is someone else, so understanding how to interact with other people and make a good impression on them should occupy most of your energy. It’s the difference-maker in how happy, fulfilled, and successful you will be in life. Ultimately, the things that bring fulfillment include others. The person who is entirely self-focused will feel restless and unfulfilled.
