How you criticized me-James Swanwick

In early January I asked you to “please criticize me.” I created an episode where I asked you to criticize what you don’t like about the James Swanwick Show, what you don’t like about me, and what I can do to improve. The whole reasoning behind this was that only through constructive criticism can we realize out blind spots and become better. While its great to get positive feedback, I get the most value and insight from criticism.
