And I’ve recently been listening to the book “The Power of Now,” by spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle. He brings up the topic that we are always second-guessing ourselves with obsessive thoughts. Furthermore, in today’s world we live in this perpetual mode of thoughts, bouncing between positivity to negativity. Eckhart powerfully states in his book, “Pleasure come form the external and joy comes form the internal.” How does this statement resonate with you? How can you improve your sleep quality?
